I've lost my password!
You will need to reset your password in order to login.I know my username and password, but I can't log in!
The following tips might help:- Passwords are cAse sEnsiTive. Check your keyboard to make sure CAPS LOCK isn't on.
- Check your keyboard language setting. The same password typed with different language settings might produce different results!
- If you are copy-pasting your password, your pasted text might include some invisible characters, such as tabs, Unicode control characters, etc. Try to enter the password manually.
