He decided to document his curiosity by having me, a complete female stranger, photograph him. So in an open studio, I willingly led him on the journey while snapping pictures of him.
The studio had no window shades and right across the alley was an office of women who could see right into the studio. They stopped working and began to watch our photo shoot. It was quite exciting for him.
Now you can see the photos we took and know what it must have felt like to be in that office across the alley watching him.
