Good too, to cut just a small hole in the crotch panel. Then when you're out with her, can easily reach under her dress and rip the crotch panel open after it gets good and wet

totally love pantyhose stuff - I'd carefully cut that panel out and make them into perfectly open crotchless pantyhose! Done that numerous times.
